Special Deliverys All On Vans

My office have 3 dedicated duties for taking specials out, its been running for a couple of year now and seems to be working out fine.

We have been doing this since SDD and its worked very well over the years, some days it can be difficult put packets are put on O.T if a lot of S.D come in like when seasons tickets for the local team go out, failing a few mailsort packets is lot lot better than half dozen specials so am glad to see their rolling out else where, have heard that shared vans are a possiability with two posties doing two deliverys in one van taking all packets and specials over 4 - 4.5 hours, taking work off the firms delivery.
