Well if mail volume is up in the midst of a credit squeeze and every other country in the entire world reporting a drop off in business, then you're right - something is definately wrong. Old Sid the pouch weigher, you just can't beat him. All I see is longer walks and more crap in the pouches and much of that stamped with rivals names.

Mail volume's are down is a cover for all the lucrative bit's of our (failing buisness) are being cherry picked to piece's by the the competition!. Royalmail is loseing money fast these two :cfo & :lfo have done all they can to run this service into the ground!. Even stalin could not contrived a scorched earth policy as this!. I WONDER IF THEY GET THEIR ROYALMAIL SHARE OPTIONS COULD THEY BE ON THE BOARD OF T.N.T
