Found this via google alerts - it's just been released

http://www.emplaw.co.uk/news/summaries/396879794677.htm

This is the "might of Royal Fail " to try and get the DUM & Area out of a corner - Business Lawyers to fight a ill man who appears to have gone to and got represented by the local Citizen's Advice Bureau :arrrghhh :no no :evil/mad :no no

http://www.eversheds.com/uk/home/global/index.page?

It seems that the case was taken to Tribunal but it got stopped because the poor b***er hadn't gone through RM Grievance Procedure ( WTF ? ) :d'oh! :d'oh! so it went to appeal . RM's lawyers tried to get the appeal stopped as though his form was submitted on time , he made a DDA case against Royal Fail out of time . :no no :no no :no no :arrrghhh

The Judge rightly declared the original Tribunal was handled badly and Royal Mail's "case" was dismissed as a complete nitpicking , nonsense , the don't give ATOS reports are "interesting" and the snotty ,high - handed arrogant attitude of RM and the DUM in particular beggars belief .

If that guy had been off an Ethnic minority - they'd have found him cotton uniform and there would be all this BS from RM about how Right On & PC RM are parrotted out . :no no :no no :no no

Mart.
I was annoyed at the way the DUM tried to sidestep the DDA issue - to be fair to the ATOS MO , you can see he didn't want to be cited in a Tribunal , or have a ambulance chasing solicitor after him or complaint to the British Medical Council , RM wouldn't have given a flying one if that happened ? :lfo :cfo

I've seen this happen - we had a personnel manager saying to someone , let us sack you - you'll still get your benefits ! - WTF ? :evil/mad :mad - bet his skin condition was made worse by all this RM politics - :Applause :Applause :Applause for standing up to RM ?
MURDERERS. Need to dispose of a body? Simply parcel it up and post it to yourself via DHL. You will never see it again.

Employees should never give up because in most cases they usually end up winning at an employment tribunal. Always seek legal advice from a employment lawyer because they will tell you straight away whether you have a case or not (you can go and see a employment lawyer free for the first 30 minutes do not wait until you are dismissed by your employer, not many people know this and what he/she tells you in that 30 minutes could be valuable).
