Dear Colleague
Delivery Specification Survey of Current Position
I attach the results arising from the questionnaire which was forwarded to Delivery Reps earlier this year. We are grateful to those Branches and Reps who responded as the information will be very helpful in making our points to Royal Mail as well as Postcomm/Media/Government.
The role of the Research Department in consolidating the information was also essential.
We are now planning how best to use the data.
Any enquiries to Bob Gibson’s Office, quoting reference 230.03
