Not a bad day in my neck of the woods but I have learnt one thing. When the lineo says you can leave so much till tomorrow I still take it out as it makes only 1 day bad. If you leave it on the frame and more crap comes in your day is doubly bad.
It helps though as we only lapse on Mondays and Tuesdays so If I am too busy those days I can't cover the lapsed. Whenever they say you can leave them you know, I just say I am following RMs agreement and working to my finish time. Its a change of culture but does have the benefit of not expecting to finish early and being able to take it easyish, and best of all if I cant fit in the lapses there is nothing they can do.

I'm ashamed of myself
I finished early. By a whole 2 minutes (god, I'm so embarrassed) I hope RM don't try to claim it back from me, or do you think I might have got away with it? I doubt it, my DOM drove past me on his way home as I was going back to the DO, well it was 12.00, he must have been working late.
