has anyone hit the targets to recieve the full bonus of £800 we have nt had a bonus here for 5 years as we have been cut to the bone in sdd so our budget has been blown out the window but they have now admmitted that we nee more staff so surely we should get our bonuses backdated as we have had to work even harder :evil/mad

The majority of us will never get 800 quid (b4 tax (not at 10 rate)) cos, I am sure we part-timers are in the majority these days, we will only get a pro rata payment anyway.

IMHO part-timers have and continue contribute just the same amount of time and effort in helping push through the change and modernisation plan but are not fully rewarded.

Spleen suitably vented.

Nuff said

It would be fanstatic if we get 800 pounds bonus (after tax) but that probably unlikely.

Reading the letter I got last week (posted to 23 next door ha ha) I think the £400 we got a few weeks ago was the flexibility payment i.e making us do more work!!! The next £400 we get on May 30th is for the business achieving its target (although we lost £230 million  ) and the other bonus of £400 is if your local area reaches its targets so most probably e won't get the "3rd" £400 bonus, I mean how can we of achieved targets if we have lost £230 million? This is my spin on it but most probably wrong.
