It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Thats really bad.   . But we are up against a rock and a hard place. Doorstep items = lose your job. Crap on your real customers our people = your an idiot and bad. But i have to say i dont envy you that one as thats plain bad luck! TBT had a good idea about warning customers about what was waiting for them at the callers office but that does not help here. What can i say but sorry but that dont help you either?

When I 739 em,I write Free Light bulbs on it,I think most people wouldn't make a special journey in to pick them up.
