No agreement here

Up here at our delivery office in west yorkshire,there's still no sign of an agreement being reached.
we've taken an office vote,which was comprehensively rejected.
anybody know or like to guess what happens now?

From what i've heard down my way,they will come in,take the savings,you'll be on long and shorts,no bonus and they will within reason do what they want.

You've got balls not to fall to them,but at the end of the day you get payed 40hrs so you'll work them.
In my mind it's not the end of the world.

It's good you've stood up to them but, as it will come in one way or another, I personally would rather it be done in-office rather than some suits coming in from outside and making ill-informed decisions about what savings can be made.

The worst case is that you have to work 40 hours per week, but just think, when you start doing the job right then you will only be doing 5 hours on a saturday, imagine if you are in a van, and you put your seat belt on after every drop, lock your van etc, it would take forever. So no need to worry guys

Your not on yor own mate,in SW London not 1 office has a deal,some are close,very close,but our managers keep changing there minds and want more,well they wont get it even though our branch reccomended pay and mod we wont sell our souls for £400 unless we are happy with what weve got on our terms and conditions.
What happens next?You go through the I/R Framework untill a deal is reached i guess.

Its not just my office mate,its our branch we are lucky to have top reps throughout it who are imho very good at what they do.

Signed up to the agreement here but the flexibility bit seems to have got a bit confused. I thought the manager asked you to stay half an hour and then you got it back another day. We have people doing 20 minutes extra a day and crediting these up, so every third week you can go home 5 hours early one day, without signing off sick or taking special leave. No record is kept at all of the absence and you still get paid.
