Re: Max AVC contribution
Got my £75/week AVC payslip this week and it's been moved to non-pse so I'm dropping next week to 15% (£66).

I've got it up to 15.5% while still keeping in PSE.

Re: Max AVC contribution
Anyone know what the % limit is to keep it 'on the left side' for 37 hours?
12% 13% something like that?

Re: Max AVC contribution
37x£12.71=£470.27 national minimum wage
So, as an example, to that you add your
PSE RMCPP, which for me is £32.53 and your
PSE LSB which for me is £5.42
which adds up to £508.22, you need this or more to keep it on the left for Gross Pay.
Then you add your Basic Pay, Defined Area Supp and Delivery Supplement(if applicable), which for me is: £593.64
The difference is what keeps gross pay above NMW, in this example £85.42 (£593.64-£508.22), which I would set at £85 or less to make sure, but you can check your payslip the following week. This has worked for me in the past and I hope it helps

Re: Max AVC contribution
You can calculate the % with your figures but I would just use a fixed amount and up it when (or if) we get a payrise.

Re: Max AVC contribution
There is an option to set your AVC payment in line with pension payment. I pay 6% AVCs, which matches my pension payment. As your pay goes up, this will also, using that setting.anotherPostie wrote: ↑Today, 17:51You can calculate the % with your figures but I would just use a fixed amount and up it when (or if) we get a payrise.
