Why am I not surprised that Labour is once again helping big business and not adding safeguards for those falsely accused. I see no problem if you have been convicted but surely if you haven't then you should not be on this database at all.

I agree with you T.B.T but this cannot be legal can it for one it is slander and deformation and secondly libel and not least contravention of our right's under the european convention of human right's!. NEW LABOUR = BIG BUISNESS BUTT BUDDIE'S!. :cfo + :lfo !.
