LTB 258/26 – DM26 Deployment – Royal Mail Workplace Survey

Post by POSTMAN »

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

"including what is working well"

That will be a very short part of the survey.
It reminds me of that record - The Wit and Wisdom of Ronald Reagan.

So what is the reason for asking us? Please don’t tell Me they will listen and make any changes based on what we say. Work place coaches seem to be pushing this too.

Not been provided with either of these surveys yet and we've deployed.

Someone's posted a hyperlink to the 'post deployment' one on Robin though.

Going to fill that one in.

You should have a poster somewhere in the office with a bar code to scan I think.
