Residents in one area of Wales have been informed that they may experience delays in receiving their post after a fire broke out near a Royal Mail delivery office. Fire crews were called to reports of a fire at a unit on Cambrian Industrial Park, Clydach Vale, Tonypandy, neighbouring the postal services' site.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the two-storey industrial estate at around 7.31am on Tuesday, September 29 morning.

Crews and appliances from Tonypandy, Treorchy and Ferndale attended the incident and a STOP message was received at around 10.55am.
A spokesperson for Royal Mail has confirmed that it expects "some disruption over the coming days" in the Mid Rhondda.
A Royal Mail spokesperson said: "A fire at a neighbouring unit has affected operations at our delivery office this morning.
"We are continuing to make deliveries where possible, and are putting contingency arrangements in place from a neighbouring Delivery Office. We expect some disruption over the coming days and are working to restore normal operations as quickly as possible."
