We had fairly senior local and area CWU folks in at ours saying that DM26 wouldn't be brought in until several conditions were met, the most important being fully staffed.
It was brought in regardless.
The same union guys and high up RM types visited a few weeks in and asked everyone what the issues were. I mean, come on.
