Evening.
I have a mate who left the business 5 years ago . He was a postie for 18-19 years and would like to nominate he's daughter as next of kin for his pension when he passes. Could anyone point me in the direction of a form i could access for him to achieve this if it's possible.

Make sure you complete all the forms that are applicable.
For example: Age60 and Age65 benefits potentially pay out a lump sum on death as well as a pension, and you can nominate different people for each one. Also the criteria for who gets what can be different – in practice an adult child might eligible for a lump sum but not a pension.
As both the RMSPS and RMPP are responsible for those benefits, that's 4 forms to fill in.
If you're in the RMCPP, L&G(ex RMDCP) or Nest, you'll need to fill in forms for those too.
