I'd give him the benefit of the doubt if it was'nt for the fact we've had his second in command this last couple of weeks hauling in anyone who cuts off, even though its only into the second week of a full pegasus revision and we've gone back to ABC sorting. You'de think there 'd be a couple of weeks leeway would'nt you :evil/mad

a***hole, gob**** , terrible macho management , can't stop people cutting off sounds if he's taking orders from Senior Management as Burslem did work to rule and mass cut offs , like going back 20+ years with that bully .

Get everything noted down , time , date, who , when to be used against him as the RM rule book can work both ways so RM can't close ranks and stonewall.

We used to have that sort in another industry / service , 9 times out of ten , these "troubleshooters " which is common supermarket practice had been seen off by the cockney union lads .

It's all down to poor recruitment / selection & training by panic stricken senior managers , the ironic thing was most of that type had to be paid up as they'd outlived their usefulness and had become a liability , getting cited in litigation too often etc .

Never left the playground , some of these idiots in charge . Anyway the Prats been put on the internet which is a start . Needs teaching a lesson in a tribunal or something .

MURDERERS. Need to dispose of a body? Simply parcel it up and post it to yourself via DHL. You will never see it again.

Also a new "Superdom" at our office. Nobody allowed to anybody elses D2D's. Most dom't wanna do em but some people took it on to pay for their season ticket (football). Soddit - they were done, everybody was happy. Those that didn't need the poxey money from D2D and the griffters who wanted to make a few bucks. But they were done - not shredded or dumped!! Who cares who does them as long as they are delivered!!!

With the new structure arriving wonder how many other offices have got new DOM's to act like they're heavy??
