Look, it's a complete waste of time dealing with this bunch. And it doesn't matter how many times the points about uneven workload, heavy van shares, favouritism and nepotism are raised, nothing is going to happen.
At this point, the people really affected should spend their time more productively by looking for another job because at RM, everyone is either going to be out of a job or working an evri-model delivery in the next 2 or 3 years.

We were told about a bonus scheme just before out office went on DM26 by the manager. Think it was £500 per quarter based on hitting whatever targets they set. Last I heard a few weeks ago we was on target of said bonus but things have gone downhill since then. If we get it then figures have 100% been doctored.Acca Dacca wrote: ↑Yesterday, 19:45I think Martin has opened a can of wormsTopperGas wrote: ↑Yesterday, 19:43Same for me, we've plenty of PDF's pinned around the DO showing the new way of working but not one explaining any bonus scheme?Acca Dacca wrote: ↑Yesterday, 15:46We have deployed and heard nothing of any potential bonus payments. On Robin, I think this is it https://royalmailgroup.workvivo.com/spa ... -incentive
How does the Site Incentive Scheme work?
If your site beats its quarterly targets during the relevant performance period, eligible frontline colleagues will receive a bonus payment, subject to scheme rules and eligibility criteria.
Your site will become eligible for the scheme from the date it deploys USO reform. From that point, your site’s performance will count towards the relevant quarterly performance period.
The scheme will operate on these quarterly performance periods:
• April to June • October to December
• July to September • January to March
If your site deploys USO part-way through a quarter, your site will be eligible from the USO deployment date. Any bonus payment will reflect the period your site was live in the scheme.
In brief - here's what you need to know
Understand your site’s targets
Your site has quarterly cost and quality targets. You’ll be briefed by your manager on how your site can work together to achieve them.
Deliver your best
Support each other, work safely and follow standard operating procedures to help your site improve performance.
Share the rewards
Based on how your site performs against the quarterly targets, eligible colleagues will receive a bonus payment. Your manager will communicate the bonus amount and when it will be paid.

Wouldn't even bother with bonus system.youll probably hit target for 3 weeks and 4 week miraculously you ll miss it .and if you do probably only get £10 month, they're so fixated on tracked .Offices should be in line with what bonuses managers receive.Loved company just hate coming in now I only look forward to seeing customers who treat me better than rm.ALL YEAR ROUND

The CWU has a policy of one rate of pay for the job and demanded no location based pay rates. Then agreed to a bonus scheme that results in regionalised pay rates and the end of one rate of pay for the job.

The so called bonus system is also unfair that it penalises offices with s**t management, staff issues or just messed up walks due to bad revisions or unachievable workloads.
Do staff in those offices not work as hard as the offices that are doing better due to factors they don't control? I'd say if anything they're working harder and they'll have the added stresses of the environment they work in.
