Hi everyone im on holiday for now 2 weeks . Now i know this because its been on my app for the last 4 months or more. My manager phoned me this morning at 8am i didnt answer as i was asleep . When i phoned back 30 mins later he asked to send a screenshot to prove this and guess what when i went back on the app my holidays were not there anymore . Now im not one to accuse somwone of doing anything bad but i said to my workmate friday that i dont think the managers know im off next week.. and i know lots of people are off sick and they are struggling to cover the walks . Is there anyway i can check this out from a higher source regarding my holidays . Like another record somewhere higher . Im angey right now to think the manager has done this . Im having my holidays and no one will stop me but just worry they will try to use this against me as not on app. I also have a witness that saw on the app in work . There should be a chart/poster on the wall somewhere with everyones holidays on for the whole year

Thanks for your replies i didnt get a paper copy of anything. So i called HRand they told me my holidays were deleted at 8.20am this morning . I cant prove who did it but apart from the manager who else can get into the computer. Anyway i told the manager what HR said and they have a copyif he needs to check anyway my holidays are ok now . Thanks again for replies

Haha the slimy c*** probably thought he could get away with it without any evidence I bet that wiped the grin off his face when you told him what HR had said

Take it higher up and report him
Tell the union even if you’re not in it
Tell everyone in the office - he might have done it before or try it again!

What a disgrace I would definitely be taking this further no way should anyone get away with this.
