As DM26 is the unions planned model, to royal mail ODM model..
That's being forced in, the union now have no power to ballot it's members over the forced in DM26, as it's their model..
So now strike action is out of the windows.. due to dm26 being the unions model...
I've been mentally and physically been destroyed by the company... so congratulations royal mail...

DOOMED...
There is scope for strike action actually because there is a deployment agreement with detailed methodology which both sides signed up to. If one side ignores that methodology, and it is clear that RM managers are, then there is your window for strike action.

Not really because the union can say no go. Workers are reporting that the CWU isn't saying no go and that's resulting in the problems we are seeing.

Sadly im not sure there is an. Appetite for strike after the last one
I would strike tomorrow if I could. On my own!
I’m always ready to strike. Nothing worse than telling a company you would never strike. If they think that, then you are giving them free rein to do what they like without fear

Exactly. Our position has been weakened by this kind of talk and by the union going soft on them. I don't know exactly what it'll take for an uprising or sorts but if it doesn't come, RM will be completely ran down and we'll all be out of job. Stand up for yourselves. Don't work for free. The posties are royal mail.

Don't forget that the union completely wasted the last strike mandate, people won't forget that.
It’s very clear that there are major problems showing that DM26 is not working!
Is it non compliance of agreement that walks which are too big should have been adjusted before rollout?
Or just plain blindness that double Mail of 2nd class and doing an extra 100 tracked items just takes longer to deliver!
Probably both.
