DOM is trying to exploit me

hi

i have some serious problem with my arm
doctors do not know what is it but it's not broken or anything, just very painful
i'm undergoing some treatment and wait for seing another specialist

was contacted by RM Healt Advisor and they want to organise me some kind of rehabilitation

my delivery manager [i'm delivery postie] told me i can come back to work indoor using one hand
and even promised me he won't trigger another stage warning if i'll do this and by any chance have to go offsick again because of arm

now, i would really want to get some good advices what should i do
what rights i have
what rights they have - can they sack me for staying too long offsick, or state that my condition disqualify me from being postie

should i stay offsick or agree to work indoor
mind, that i've done lot of favors to bosses, but they alvays tend to not remember this when i want any favor....

hope you can help me, it's serious matter for me

Ask him to put in writing what your condition is now, that by working in the office it will not affect or worsen the condition of your arm, and if it does then he and RM are responsible for any further deterioration of your injury
