It was always going to be too complicated to work with Pods. Too many age factors and the difference in how people work etc. The mail is going to ramp up over the next 5-6 weeks as well.

I still feel the answer to make these 1 in 4 job cuts was to simply add 25% extra calls on every delivery and spit them 50/50. Run it for 6 weeks and adjust the heavier walks with the easier ones. No idea why RM had to make it so complicated. Classic case of college boys and girls who have never done a walk.
The increase in DP's would need to be 33.333333..% to achieve 1 in 4 job cuts.

Once again disabled the comments on latest Facebook post as they were getting hammered off members about this DM26 s**t. Spineless overpaid lazy rotten cowards.
Wonder if they've banned people posting negative comments as well like they started to do when Covid was an issue.

With DO's failing at around the 50% mark for the offices which have reported figures back, at what point do RM stop the roll out whilst they try and resolve the issues, assuming they can, at the "pilot" offices?

If so many (cherry picked?) DO's are already failing now, then what's it going to be like from Black Friday week onwards, total carnage??

I still can't understand why anybody voted "yes" to increasing their workload with no resultant increase in pay or benefits.

My manager says daily while keeping a straight face that we doing less work with more time and that it's better for us all.

My guess is that they'll want it fully rolled out everywhere by about mid to late October at the latest, before packet levels pick up too much in November.

It’s the increased call rate that is the problem
