"NEWS ARTICLES ABOUT ROYAL MAIL FAILING CUSTOMERS"

Just read through it. Those articles are about failure of deregulation, not Royal Mail failing customers which is quite different.

royal fail is completly ignoring it's customers after all with the closure of sub and crown offices our 'shop' window is looking bleak this is what the result of going after 'profit' only not stoping and considering the outcome of closures on the general public who after all are the reason we are still delivering mail. Deregulation is a part of it but by no means the total reason for failures. And as a direct result of cuts we are strugling to maintain a realistic service to our public and with swingeing cuts being forced upon us it will get worse so blame also must fall on big al , lil ad' with the 'asda' mentality

Where's this NT and what made you post this in here?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Its in News with same heading as this thread. I think TBT is trying to tidy up news section but its all about failures in deregulation, not failure of Royal Mail to customers. Lost mail, less deliveries are all failures by Royal Mail but deregulation is down to EU and government. Oh, and I started this heading and thread.
