Saturdays longer thanks cwu when it comes in but 2 in 5 off.

Do some offices still get a payment for starting early - say around 6am? I remember it from years ago.
Given that so many offices have lost that, the CWU should have fought to reapply that to offices with a finish time of past 3pm on a Saturday.

The early shift allowance went in to partially funding the delivery supplement.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

There's probably a download somewhere in the forum with the time frames for each shift supplement, don't know if they are the same in both MCs and DOs.

If CWU were on the ball a bit more then I think they could push for a share of the money being saved by pushing these times back, as I say, especially those offices given extremely un family friendly Saturday finish times.
