This is yet another post where non drivers are being pushed out under the guise of DM26 and will then be deemed most likely to by let go as part of the push to lose 25% of staff. That’s discrimination.

It might be a good idea to stop using words you don't know the meaning of.
It isn't discrimination.
What is clear is the business is not going to be able to accommodate an infinite number of non drivers because non driving roles will be few and far between.

Most are failing to complete at ours and this is the quiet summer period . No such thing now

No the walks are completed everyday they are smaller walks which is why we thought we would be going into a pod like others on the section but supposedly there not

So it will be one person doing two walks in a van, rather than two people previously? Are you having a resign at your office?

If it was one person covering two walks, that’s not DM26. That one person should only be doing a third of the second walk.

All mail on one walk and just first class and parcels on the other? So in effect 4 into 2 rather than 4 into 3?

For gods sake. Have you not heard of indirect discrimination? RM have done it before with overtime bans that consequently impacted a particular group.
