As a non driver can you be taken off a duty you are signed into because you can’t drive ?

Maybe yes if it was converted to a van share requiring a driver but if it was a hct then that would be a bit more difficult to enforce.

There would have to be reasons.

Is the non-driver currently HCT and is now being put into a pod as part of a van share under DM26?

This is yet another post where non drivers are being pushed out under the guise of DM26 and will then be deemed most likely to by let go as part of the push to lose 25% of staff. That’s discrimination.

The rep should be stopping all DM26 prep until that is resolved.

Well i lost my walk, it was one of four walks that were split up due to the DM26 changes, and by an amazing coincidence, they were all non drivers that held those walks.
