Not sure how many non drivers in RM

But redundancies compulsory or evr cost a lot of money

Much like the extra sat off is the sweetener for RM bringing in longer duties

So compulsory redundancies is the imaginary stick to remind you of the of perilous state of the finances

Actually, are all the non-drivers non-drivers, or do some simply not drive for RM?

We have colleagues whose current role does not require them to drive.

Some of those colleagues do not hold a driving licence (to my knowledge from what they've said in casual conversation, no proof either way) (20% approx)

Some of those colleagues do hold a driving licence and drive to/from work (80% approx)
Several of those in this second category have now approached management for a driving course.

The top four most senior at our place have all been on the same duties for 18 years since our last repick they certainly don't have the most skills they haven't delivered anything different since then, some of them don't know where half the new builds that have been added on other duties even are.
