That's what I thought, they love to claim what a success "delivering Christmas" is but when the dust has settled they'll begin trimming whatever tiny bits left

If 30% of DPs due delivery that day across three days will still be the criteria, I would think it would be easier to fail. 30% of 50% of duties in the unit due to go out is a smaller number than 30% of 100%. Loads of duties cutting off their third frame at doubled callrates could trip that threshold easily.

It will depend on where the light frames fit into the equation - if clearing them of first class counts as 50% of duties, as it will in some offices, then you need only clear another walk on top of them to escape the failure criteria. Of course, a lot depends on whether RM want it to be a success or not, or whether failure is a part of their medium-term plan.

That list is wrong about live numbers. Only about 100 or so are actually fully live.

304 live as of 5 days ago and loads more went live or were due to on the 10th August. We could do with a list to cross reference. AI can do it varying levels of success.
