Asked to move duty?
I’ve worked in two offices, one office you get asked to move and politely agree, another office you get asked to move then reply with “f**k off im not moving” to the manager and they scuttle off and ask someone else

Re: Asked to move duty?
Being asked to move duties is a reasonable request. The CWU has just signed up to 'change for good' and it is specific in its goal to end the culture you have quoted. No one deserves to be sworn at.

At some point they'll get a manager who won't put up with that and plenty of them will get conduct coded.FirstPost wrote: ↑Yesterday, 14:38Said office is ‘militant’ and basically tell management what to dotramssirhc wrote: ↑Yesterday, 11:26Being asked to move duties is a reasonable request. Re: Asked to move duty?
I genuinely doubt it. There is no militancy amongst postal workers as the CWU have done everything they can to end militancy amongst us. Telling someone to f**k off isn't militancy. Its rude. Everyone on the gate when one workers is told to move is militancy. I'll bet you for each worker that is enabled to tell another worker to f**k off theres a majority who wouldn't be enabled.FirstPost wrote: ↑Yesterday, 14:38Said office is ‘militant’ and basically tell management what to dotramssirhc wrote: ↑Yesterday, 11:26Being asked to move duties is a reasonable request.
