1 if you start later on either Monday, Tuesday , Thursday , Friday or Saturday then your Wednesday start time then on deployment you can move your start times to that of the Wednesday.
2. The finish times will be dependent on the above and the attendance pattern you choose. For example on the 2 in 5 attendance pattern Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are 8 hour attendances. On Wednesday it is 8 hours 30 attendance and on a Saturday it is 7 hours 40 minutes.

If you ignore the 3 hour later finish on a Saturday in the space of 2 years, then the 15 minute offset looks great.
DM26 is pushing our Saturday time on even later, but we are to be compensated with a chance of 15 mins off that.

That's absurd in this hot weather. My office and the several others I get sent to all finish before 2pm on a Saturday. They are all in the South East.
