Engage/Robin App

So, I left the company and am now locked out of Robin App but also this 'Engage' thing as well. Trouble is I've got vouchers on there with money on I now can't get at.
Anyone else had this or know at least a way to get at what I've paid for?

You will have to go back to your COM, advice is always screenshot everything on the app before you leave because after that it can be a frustrating ballache to resolve what you’re owed

Have you tried the website version as opposed to the engage app for engage/formerly known as my bundle ? Or is it not accepting your sign in credentials on either.

I've had a look on it for you to try and find a phone number or email address but all I can see so far to contact them is by chat which is obviously no use as you have to log in.
