DOM and uniform allocation
I just found out yesterday that my DOM has been ordering uniforms in my name and giving them to other people in my office. I contacted dimensions and they told me I had ordered two pairs of shoes, coats, trousers, hats, in the last 3 months, when in fact I had ordered nothing. They then told me to contact royal mail uniforms and ask them to get my allocation back. What will happen to the DOM when I complain to royal mail about them stealing my allocation? Hopefully they get the sack! but they will probably get a pay rise knowing this company.

Re: DOM and uniform allocation
Raise a concern on the Robin app. The manager is doing this probably to evade the limitations of ordering for new starters. I'm sure they would have no issue investigating you if you were breaching company policy.

Definitely, he's shown signs of initiative, something not normally associated within delivery office management thumbsclockshopman wrote: ↑Today, 16:41100% that’s a pay rise!Iva bigredbag wrote: ↑Today, 15:31I just found out yesterday that my DOM has been ordering uniforms in my name and giving them to other people in my office.
