I am changing from rest day to wally week, I am week 3 of 5. Will I still get a week off in week 3 and my Saturday off in week 2 as I have only worked 2 weeks, I have heard you will owe Royal Mail, until you work the 2 weeks after the wally and then I will be even. It is so confusing.
I appreciated any help.and advice.

The Wallington rotation is no different to any other rotation. It clearly says in the national agreements that there should be no adjustments to attendances as a result of the rotation pattern. In other words no you do not owe any time in a Wallington rotation. Wherever you start in the rotation is where you start. It doesn't help when the CWU call it 'banked'. Its not. Its a attendance pattern which condenses working time.
