New finish times for my office

One of them is 5pm finish on a Wednesday (two hours later than current) for a 1:30pm finish on a Saturday (two hours earlier than current), 7.45am start time every day

What's the second rota option?

Regardless working 2 hours longer in 30c+ weather hardly sounds that attractive?

Part time and full time staff finish at the same time at every office I know, part time staff start later

I foresee a lot of people having the 'pleasure' of talking to the brick wall that was encountered after the network change 2 years ago. Still waiting for the review into that from the CWU.....
