Is this true that there is an agreement today that this end of duty cap does not exist therefore a duty could theoretically now be 9-5 or 10-6 even for old contract staff?

We already work past 4.30pm on our longest days. Have done since the network changes 2 years ago.

I mean I terms of a deliveries planned finish time, working past a finish time on overtime is different to a duty’s planned finish time, which I believed was 4.30pm

Thousands would leave if it was 5-6pm finish

Working past 4.30pm IS our planned finishing time without overtime. Other offices do it as well, particularly in Scotland, although my unit is in England.
