Re: Dm26 manchester south East office
Someone in their 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and 60’s with experience on this job will always do the job quicker, more efficiently and with no errors, they will turn up to work every day.
This is why the decision to manipulate these workers out of the business for £1.50 ish an hour makes no sense

I’m guessing they still have current staffing levels so therefore of course they will clear with no change to their TM1

I'm glad somebody else has said this, I've said it w few times. This is a huge factor in the change over to DM26. If they cannot do it with the old staffing levels then they'd have to be really s**t.heraldmoth wrote: ↑20 Jun 2026, 08:20I’m guessing they still have current staffing levels so therefore of course they will clear with no change to their TM1

The CWU have broken a number of promises. Contractual uplifts temporary. Working time regulations not secured. Walk holders covering numerous walks. Everyday tasks not simply 1C. Fair and even workload not achieved. National agreements not secured.

Re: Dm26 manchester south East office
26 units have so far gone live with DM26. Whilst it is early days signs are encouraging.
However we have to remember they are mainly smaller units at this stage with the biggest unit being 70 walks. Feedback from the units is generally good with the most common being that is makes an hell if a difference walking into a clear office each day.
The deployment will ramp up over the next few weeks with over 800 units planned for deployment by the end of August.
Manchester South are due their review the week after next.
We intend to publish regular communications on the roll out of DM26 both the good parts and the not so good.

Another promise they have broke is saying they would only allow 25% owner drivers at Parcelforce ,tramssirhc wrote: ↑21 Jun 2026, 07:24Reports say:roadrunner bill wrote: ↑17 Jun 2026, 16:20Robin app.... reporting its a great success.. dm 26..

Re: Dm26 manchester south East office
When the rollout is complete there won't be any spare bodies from another office to come help. I wonder if we can just wait it out like starbursting.
The machine stops.
