They didn't waste any time getting that printed?

Does it give any time scales, if not, then we'll have the usual "I didn't think you were still delivering (2c) mail on a Saturday?" etc in future.

I'll be years before any of this percolates into some people's minds. I had a middle-aged customer last month genuinely ask me when I'd be round with the second delivery (he was waiting on an NHS letter, so he wasn't talking about LATs).
