I don't drink or do drugs. :) or have a mortgage to pay for. The bonus we had last week help to pay for the game.

I got suspended today to go home and think about what had happened with our re-pick. I had a argument with the numpties who are unable to do the job properly.
ahh well back to work tomorrow to have meaningful discussions

Rest day today(and tommorow but im going in on docket)got up about 08.30 had breakfast,washed up,done a bit of ironing,bit of house work and now free to relax for the rest of the day

really had such a bloody foul day

first of all toothache, dear gods in hades why, owi ow ow

Then came in found out that the penny pincher was working his day off (got told by lino that we had spare people, so no O/T, No working day off, or coming early.) we had spare people today. We had a part timer, who started in november in the locker doing 40hours, another PT coming in early throwing rounds off. Did not improve my foul mood, again found out that as I am spare, I won't be doing pennies and this penny pincher is taking other duties as well as his own. Meant to have this wkend off as a holiday, got told by lino that they can't spare me even tho they gave a few blokes it off, who asked after me.

As I am the only one who put in for the health and safety rep, I went round asking various people what issue they have, and whether they were taking their brake, got to the penny pincher who told me it wasn't my place as i am not the health and safety rep, so i said fair enough, but as I am only bloke putting in for it, its a fair bet that I would get it.. "So If I became health and safety rep would you back me up by taking your brake and doing the correct bag weights" to which he replied in his snidey voice, "Nope I want to finish early so I can do the pennies"

The room darkened with my mood. So I made sure the training manager heard my rant about taking the management to court for disability discrimination and taken it further by the obvious favourtism in the office (its suppose to be an equality employment.) I can place bets with anyone that I will be dragged into the office again for saying that I wanna take the dom of my office to a tribunal, the last time he kinda imtimdated me a bit, this time I ain't bothered about losing the job.

and bar the toothache, I had a really cracking time today, did the job to book and worked 2hours past normal time and I am looking forward to serving my office as the health and safety rep, and yes I know I started that i ahd a foul day but i am greedy i want both

(Disclaimer, its is not libel or slander to write about your own experience, esp when they are true, also if any manager wants to try and drag me into the office, be prepered to talk to my representive about discrimination in the workplace.)

I hope so mate, tho I am only as strong as the people backing me, plus I am still learning as well so i am deffin gonna bug people in about stuff. it just so annoys me that people are not taking breaks, and carrying heavy bags, running around all because they feel they can save time, and then they moan that its becoming flexi time, and they got to do more.

Sometimes i feel people bring their own nails and crosses and let themself be crucified

Well my friend all we can do is to do it by book, it will take longer, fine, either cut off or book. We are all flexi as we can be, but too much flexibility will break us, and if leighton and crozier are not careful then they themselves will have their come uponce
