Hi all, Traffic office recieved a PCN for box junction offence and have told me I have to pay it which is fair enough but I want to dispute this and make an appeal as I feel I have good grounds for it to be cancelled.
Where do I stand on this? I know only the legal owners can make such appeal but the thought of £80 straight up really bugs me.

Re: PCN query
The internet seems to suggest the ticket would have to be in your name for you to appeal it. So it seems RM would have to inform the PCN issuing authority you were the driver for the PCN to be issued in your name at which point you could then appeal it. You'd need sound evidence for your appeal though - do you have it?
These give a bit more info/help:

Are RM going to accept the fine without informing the PCN issuing authority you were the driver but then claw back the money from you?
