Could it be three figures tomorrow :thumbdown :thumbdown
For this time of year it's absolutely ridiculous. I can't quite put my finger on why it feels like Christmas. It's definitely not the volume of letters.

I used to avoid taking holidays between May and September because it was so quiet you could fly round your duty and be done an hour early everyday (or two :shhhhh). Why would I want to miss that? Now we're clocking out after the school kids regardless of whether we took any loops whatsoever.
The machine stops.

And no trial/DM26 offices on the list, is that going to fuel them claiming it's a massive success in those offices

The DM26 offices would have to really really s**t to be on this list. They're only doing half the walks fully daily but most importantly they're doing so in a lot of cases with excess staff. As the offices have not had the number of heads reduced yet either by choice or by managing them out by making the job worse.

Yes they are changing to DM26 - the ODM pilot offices.

Your Lead Com’s will have a list of the 240 trial offices and your rep will have a list because it will show when your office is scheduled to go in.

Why haven't CWU published a list of the 240?

I honestly think that those in charge of transmitting info to members, such as which offices are doing this or that, don’t realise that we like to know about offices that aren’t in our branch area

According to Alistair Cochrane in the last committee, RM do around 100 "unannounced self-audits" a week to make sure that they don't have an endemic problem across the organisation.

The existence of these audits was cited as evidence that widespread service failures and the routine prioritisation of parcels over letters are not occurring across the network.
On the face of it, shareholder value is the dumbest idea in the world.
