The unknown of DM26

How can something so big that will have an impact on so much have so little knowledge and unanswered questions regarding it?

The unanswered questions part seems like a consequence of every office being told to work it out for themselves.

Buzz word seems to be engagement….which is bizarre given 90% of the work force has checked out entirely

How could a company this size, make changes this big and leave it to the failed postmen they installed as managers?
It’s not as if they are trained to implement or manage change, if they make a mess of small changes why would you trust them with this?

Again, I have to note, no change is happening in our office .. its running like clockwork and to this day no spanner has been fired into our normal daily routines

Given only a few offices so far have been selected for the DM26 pilots your office will continue to run as normal, it doesn't mean that'll be the case by the end of the year?

I reckon that RM will want it fully rolled out by the end of September at the very latest.

That's probably their plan so that's it's all in place by Black Friday onwards but that must be dependant on the latest pilot offices finding it workable? So far there's been no indication it's being rolled out beyond the pilot offices at the moment.

The whole network has to be ready to go not just individual offices?

So how are they adapting the network to get the trial offices running?
