Re: Letter
I assume these are the further pilot offices, we've two local to my DO which were chosen, it makes the suggestion RM will impose ODM if we vote no sound nonsense.

Re: Letter
The agreement states that pilot sites will start before the vote outcome is announced. The ballot is purely consultative so the CWU leadership are not bound by it.

Re: Letter
Cleared to the specification of DM26, so I'd assume yes.
No idea of the size of the duties.

Re: Letter
It's not business as usual if it was 3 people doing DM26 on 4 duties.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑Today, 20:32I thought the idea was half the mail rotated each day so if they cleared the whole office that's just business as normal

Re: Letter
By 'business as usual' I mean delivering all the mail like we're currently supposed to, doing DM26 you're only supposed to accommodate delivering half of it so I don't get how the office is clear if they're doing DM26 unless the 3 people actually had time to do all the mail in which case something is off they're either some sort of super posties or the duties might be quite short or it was incredibly quiet, who knowsPerseus wrote: ↑Today, 20:43It's not business as usual if it was 3 people doing DM26 on 4 duties.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑Today, 20:32I thought the idea was half the mail rotated each day so if they cleared the whole office that's just business as normal

Re: Letter
I'm pretty sure it would be all the mail 'due that day'. Office is clear is a roundabout way of saying it. That's my take on it.
Yes, there would be frames with either 50% of 2C in it/under it, but that's Tuesdays work, given the first day was a Monday.
