Perhaps do away with Workplace Coaches? Ours does naff all for their £40 a week.

then that 'trained-up' postie gets lumped with a regular postie in a van-share and that regular postie has to give training but whilst doing 2 duties and gets absolutely no payment for doing so.

On the second week - it should be the workplace coach taking the new recruit out in a van-share, doing 2 duties, not a regular postie!

Some New starters get put with regular postie on first day!
