Walked around the largest DO in my area last wk at 3.45pm, I would suggest 30-35% of mail still in frames.

You may not believe this: that probably makes that DO an above-average performer. You need double the fails and double the callrate to have a shot, kid!

Keep walking and noticing. Eventually you can infer what conditions result in an office appearing on the list. That knowledge is why I'm not mouthing off in this thread. Again.
