We're sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. We will regularly update customers on the offices most impacted here:

12

Cullompton DO (EX15)

Petersfield DO (GU31, GU32, GU33)
Upton DO (CH30, CH49)
Whetstone DO (N20)

Units that report three consecutive days of 30% of DPs failing USO gets you on the list and public RM service disruption website. Then you need three consecutive days below 30% to get off the list (well below and back to stable USO)

The dirty dozen.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

So now that there's no offices to list in the 'most impacted' offices list, surely they must now list all the lesser impacted offices? Right? Cause this gives the impression every frame in the country is clear :cuppa

I guarantee you that no office that was previously listed, or any, has qualitatively improved. They will be unchanged - the exact same number of walks will be failing. All that really changes is the callrate, which has slumped again after the financial new year.

Linguist, perhaps. I had in mind what Orwell said about the illustrative power of Biblical turns of phrase in Politics and the English Language.
