3% pay rise will be implemented soon and is not linked to the new deal.

Well it was supposed to be 2% an they agreed on 3%.might well be a further review honestly dont know.

It is, absolute peanuts.

53p a week more, £27 extra annually. (37 hour contract).

Every other week I can get 2 Freddos instead of 1.
