On uso reform
Pay rise?

Lots confused as we was waiting until last wed for payrise of 3 per cent so why don’t they pay it this week?.
Also heavy and light agreed rm and cwu talks but sure we vote on it?.

Which doesn't answer the question? If they bring it in regardless of the outcome of the vote it's pointless having a vote (unless the voting is rigged!)

I'm not sure a no vote ticks any boxes, if it is a no RM/CWU will have to come up with something different, as they did last year when Fleet rejected their pay rise.

If there was a vote purely for/against DM26 then surely it should only apply to delivery staff as it doesn't make any difference that I can think of to anyone else

Isn't this different to the norm when it relates solely to DM26 as usually it's linked to a pay or changes in sick pay etc which doesn't seem to be the case this time?

no, CWU have said all members get a vote. Thats how they get things over the line

Has anything been said at the reps meeting regarding sick pay changes and overtime rates which have been talked about recently our rep is on holiday so wasn’t able to go to the meeting in Liverpool yesterday.
