Introduction of changes

Post by Gary55 »

Will the changes come in all at once or be phased into different offices. If so anyone have any idea of the timescales.

240 new trial offices ready for full launch at the start of December. I'm not sure what could possibly go wrong with the unless the government springs Christmas on us again.

I thought from all the hysteria that these changes were coming in really soon. So it's business as usual for most offices until probably next year?

We’re an original pilot office ….
And all 150+ duty frames were being moved/rearranged from the original pilot layout this weekend - all ready for tomorrow morning.
And the printed notices/leaflets warning us to ensure all bags and personal belongings were to be removed by Friday evening, were left on the frames within hours of the “agreement” - almost as if the management and unions knew last week what the agreement was gonna be !!!
Evidently all will be explained Monday morning!

They'll want everything in place well before the start of peak on Black Friday, so probably by late summer?

Oh well presumably that means we aren't unless it gets to the week before and the com casually mentions it in passing which isn't beyond the realms of possibility
