My wife is due to take hers later this year.
What is the process to follow please.
I took mine a few years back so I’m sure it must have changed.

If she's coming up to 60, they should automatically send her the relevant information. I know someone who recently received his and that was about 6 months before his 60th.

I'm due to take mine in Sept and had a letter a last month, so 6 months before the date due.
