Me too, maybe there are offices that are fully staffed but I know the three closest to mine has vacancies so can't see any in this area.

Didn't some of the ODM trial/pilot/impact crater offices convert over to the union's Heavy & Light proposal at the end of last year? Or maybe the union was just calling for it, I don't quite recall.

We converted to 50/50 at Christmas - heavy one half of a walk, light on the other half - next day roles reversed - it worked ...
