Wrong Size Parcel

Post by Dave69 »

Morning guys
I hope this topic is in the right place, if not I apologise in advance.
Right then here goes…….I have been a bit for an idiot! I have just sold an item online, but rather stupidly listed it as a large letter, when it should have been a small parcel. The buyer has purchased the label along with the item. Is there anyway that I can add the extra cost to make it up to a small parcel? I don’t want to just send it and give the buyer the hassle of having to pick it up and pay the difference when it is my fault. For instance could I add stamps to it? All the best and have a great day!
Regards Dave

Yes I'm sure you can add the extra stamps Dave, or alternatively pop into your local Post Office to get this sorted out.

Just been to the post office, they say I can’t add stamps to it as it is logged in the system as a large letter! Suggested I cancel the order and re list it back to them with the correct postage cost and size!
