Overtime rate/pay
Morning, can anyone tell me what the overtime rate is? Or where I can find them. I’ve noticed this week that my rate of pay for overtime is less than my actual contracted hourly rate.
Thanks
Thanks

Everyone that’s on old contracts actually gets less per hour for doing OT….has anyone heard of another company that does this?

Overtime? More like undertime. Have some self-respect and don’t do a minute for them!

Re: Overtime rate/pay
1 of the topics that are meant to be discussed in the talks is legacy overtime rates.
Part of the section 5 agreement.
So in theory that should be sorted when the talks conclude on Monday.
What's the union moto just now, "Nothing is agreed untill everything is agreed".
